About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a background in private equity, family office, or portfolio company environments. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the company's technological needs and ensuring that the technology strategy aligns with its business goals. This includes managing the development and implementation of new technologies, as well as the maintenance and improvement of existing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and be able to lead a team of IT professionals to drive innovation and efficiency. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience in strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives. A deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies is essential, as is the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The CTO will also be involved in the recruitment and training of technical staff, so leadership and mentoring skills are important. A degree in a relevant field is typically required, and additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
