What You’ll Do As a Florist at French Buckets, you’ll play a key role in creating beautiful floral designs and ensuring our customers leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and assembling custom floral arrangements for a variety of occasions.
- Maintaining the quality and freshness of flowers and plants.
- Assisting customers with selecting the perfect blooms to suit their needs.
- Managing inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies.
- Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and inspiring.
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual who meets the following qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in floral design or a related field.
- A strong eye for design, color, and composition.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- A passion for flowers and a love for creating beauty!
