THE "POWER SHIFT" (4 ON / 4 OFF)

4:00 AM - 4:00 PM The ultimate trade-off: You give us 4 days of high-intensity hustle, and we give you 4 days off in a row. That's half the year off to hunt, fish, sleep, or do whatever you want.

THE REALITY OF THE RIG

This isn't "nice-nasty" cleaning. It's a workout. It's messy. It's an industrial storm of debris, and we need people who aren't afraid to face it head-on.

• Debris Domination: Sweeping and clearing heavy build-up from the shop floor.
• Oil & Grease Combat: Managing spills and slick spots before they become hazards.
• Machine Defense: Clearing the gunk out from around heavy machinery to keep the plant running.
• Industrial Muscle: Moving equipment and waste that requires real strength.

NOTE: It's dusty. It's oily. It's loud. We provide the eye coverings and gear; you provide the backbone.

• Raw Strength: You must be able to lift 75+ lbs regularly. Consider this your paid gym membership.
