We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our high-end porcelain boutique in New York. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious retail environment and provide exceptional service to our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome and Engage Clients : Greet every client with a warm, positive attitude and create a memorable first impression. Build meaningful relationships by understanding their preferences and needs ;
• Curate Shopping Experience : Offer personalized guidance and product recommendations to enchance customer journey and showcase the beauty and quality of our porcelain collections ;
• Product Expertise : Maintain deep knowledge of our collections, including features, benefits, and car instructions, to provide accurate and insightful advice ;
• Achieve Sales Goals : Drive sales by combining exceptional service with effective upselling stratagies, ensuring clients leave satisfied and inspired ;
• Visual & Inventory Excellence : Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and the upkeep of visually stunning merchandise displays that reflect the boutique's luxury standards ;
• Transaction Accuracy : Handle cash, card, and other transactions efficiently and with attention to detail ;
• Team Collaboration : Foster a supportive and cooperative work environment, sharing knowledge and contributing to the boutique's success.

Qualifications :

• Previous retail sales experience, ideally in luxury or specialty goods ;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building ;
• Passion for high-end products and an appreciation for fine craftmanship ;
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays ;
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
