This is a direct hire opportunity with a well-established and growing company specializing in plastic injection molding and thermoforming services. This company is expanding its team and looking for motivated individuals who want to contribute to innovation, quality, and process improvement in a fast-paced production environment.
Plastic Injection Molding Technician Duties:
Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines to produce quality parts
Perform routine machine adjustments, tooling changes, and process troubleshooting
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications
Monitor production runs to identify and correct quality issues promptly
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay:
$23/hr – $30/hr (based on experience)
Plastic Injection Molding Technician Requirements:
2+ years of experience in plastic injection molding or manufacturing operations
Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot machines and processes
Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Familiarity with mold setup, changeovers, and preventive maintenance task
