Key Responsibilities Own design end-to-end for features across multiple product areas from early concept exploration to detailed specs and implementation support Design intuitive interfaces for technically complex workflows, making powerful capabilities feel approachable Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define requirements, shape solutions, and validate design decisions Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technically complex domains A portfolio showcasing experience with complex problems, particularly in workflows and data integrations Technical fluency with concepts like data transformations and API configurations Strong interaction design instincts and experience working closely with engineers Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping, with familiarity in accessibility best practices being a plus
