ROLE OVERVIEW We're seeking an experienced
Product Owner / Business Analyst-type professional to partner closely with software development teams and business stakeholders. This role focuses on translating business needs into clear technical requirements, prioritizing work, and ensuring delivery aligns with organizational goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Partner with development teams to support active initiatives and ensure alignment
- Gather, analyze, and clarify requirements from business and executive stakeholders
- Create and maintain user stories, documentation, and functional requirements
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value
- Provide regular status updates and demonstrations to stakeholders
- Act as a point of contact for business-related questions during development
- Support continuous improvement through training and certification efforts
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or related roles
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on commitments
- Experience supporting or leading successful cross-functional projects
