Skills needed

• Seasoned PO with 10+ years of experience as Technical PO along wit Twilio.

Must have skills

• DB knowledge with hands on SQL skills to handle complex needs o Candidate must have end to end inbound contact center experience as a tech PO.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders
• Ability to convert complex business needs into User Stories with clearly articulated acceptance criteria
• Extensive knowledge on Twilio Voice and end-to-end contact center functionalities
• Self-driven with strong inter-personal skills
• Ability to drive business discovery sessions independently
• Ability to translate high level business needs into clearly articulated user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
• Own the end-to-end implementation process from product standpoint
• Familiar with Twilio Insights
• Familiar with healthcare compliance needs for reporting
• Exposure to Twilio voice AI.
