The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your own desk within an established market.
Key responsibilities include:
• Full 360 recruitment process including business development, client management and candidate delivery
• Building and managing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Growing your own recruitment desk and developing new business opportunities
• Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
• Working collaboratively within a high-performing recruitment team
• Contributing to the continued growth of the Los Angeles recruitment office
About You
• Minimum 4+ years recruitment agency experience
• Proven experience working in a 360 recruitment consultant role
• Sector experience in construction, engineering, real estate, design, property preferred – but our client is open on sector experience.
• Strong track record in business development and client relationship management
• Experience billing within a recruitment agency environment
• Degree preferred (to support visa sponsorship where applicable)
