We are looking for a dedicated Associate to join a thriving personal injury law firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing cases, advocating for clients, and contributing to a dynamic legal team focused on delivering exceptional results. This position offers an opportunity to handle diverse personal injury matters while honing your litigation skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
• Advocate for clients in various personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and employment discrimination.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft key documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Oversee case files from initial intake to resolution, including negotiations, mediations, and trial preparations.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and maintain effective client communication.
• Represent clients at court hearings, depositions, and settlement discussions.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards throughout all case processes.
• Stay informed on changes in laws and regulations relevant to personal injury practice.
• Maintain organized case documentation and meet critical deadlines.
• Provide strategic support during complex litigation scenarios.
• Contribute to a positive and meticulous team environment focused on achieving successful outcomes.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with an active state bar license.

• At least 2 years of experience practicing personal injury law.

• Strong skills in litigation, negotiation, and case management.

• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and analytical reasoning.

• Excellent communication abilities and a client-focused approach.

• Capacity to handle multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.

• Commitment to ethical practices and ongoing attention to detail in development.

• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic legal situations.
