15864BR FTE: 1.0 Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm Compensation: $19.72 +, based on experience Hours Per Week: 40 Weekends: Benefit Eligible
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for timely processing of UnityPoint Health - Meriter wide payroll and related functions. Must maintain a working knowledge of Federal Wage and Hour and DWD rules and regulations, along with various union contracts and other company policies and procedures.
The Payroll Specialist would be a hybrid position with the potential to consider fully remote work.
Minimum Requirements:

• 2-year Associates Degree or experience in lieu of education
• 1-2 years of Payroll experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Critical thinking skills, working in a team and meeting deadlines
