Job Description
McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC is seeking a talented and motivated attorney to join its corporate practice group. The position will involve working on corporate and general transactional matters for the private business clients of the Firm, and the scope of the practice will include contract negotiation and drafting, intellectual property matters, employment issues, and mergers and acquisitions. Candidates should have 1-3 years of transactional experience and be admitted to practice in New Jersey. Must have excellent drafting skills, exceptional academic background and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time. This position will involve substantial client interaction.

Salary Range: $110-135k. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall work background.
